Justice 1 position 4 year term

Trustee 2 positions 4 year term

Trustee 1 position 2 years to fill a vacated, unexpired 4 year term

Voter Registration

March 11, 2023 Noon to 5PM @ Village Hall

Only registered voters are permitted to vote in the Village Election.

If you are registered with the Nassau County Board of Elections you are permitted to vote in the Village Election.
If you are NOT registered with the Nassau County Board of Elections
- You must appear in person at Village Hall on March 11th to register to vote in the Village Election.
  - Bring identification and proof of residency.

Application for Absentee Ballot

The Village of Malverne’s elections are being held on March 21, 2023. If you cannot vote in person that day, you can apply for an absentee ballot.

You can obtain an application:

In person at Malverne Village Hall. The last day to submit an application for a ballot in person is March 20th.
Request By mail to Malverne Village Hall. Last day to mail an application for a ballot to Village Hall is March 14th

Applications must be returned to Village Hall with an ORIGINAL SIGNATURE.

The Village Clerk may only accept signed original absentee ballot applications. Applications cannot be emailed or faxed in.

Applications must be brought in or mailed to 99 Church Street, Malverne NY 11565.
