Commemorating 100 years of our wonderful Village!
Now that restrictions have been lifted by the State, The Village of Malverne will continue to commemorate our Centennial. Thanks to the Malverne Centennial Committee & the many dedicated volunteers for planning our 100 Year Anniversary.
Sept 18th 1-6PM: Malverne Centennial Family Picnic
Kicking off our Centennial Event Series with an afternoon of good old fashioned family fun & games for all ages! Food, drinks & fun activities including corn hole & horseshoe tournaments, potato sack races, tug of war, dunk tank, pie baking contest & more! Wrap up Summer with a fun, Village-wide family picnic at Whelan Field!
Oct 3rd 11-5PM: Centennial Float Parade & Village Festival
In conjunction with the Annual Chamber of Commerce Fall Festival & Car Show the Centennial Float Parade and Hempstead Avenue Block party, will take place with live bands & entertainment, outdoor dining, street vendors and much more!
