The construction of our new police department headquarters is well under way and the General Contractor and all of the trades are making great progress in a well-coordinated effort to complete the project in 2024.

• Framing & roofing: 100% complete

• Plumbing: rough-in 95% complete

• Electrical: rough-in 95% complete

• Insulation: 98% complete

• HVAC: 95% complete

• Drywall: 98% complete

• Ceilings: 0% complete

• Exterior & parking lot: 60% complete

• Tele-data wiring: 90% - starting 3/25

• Access control: 25% - starting 3/25

• Surveillance: 25% - starting 3/25

• Utility hookups: 30% (water, sewage, electric, gas)

• Roof screening to be installed in late Spring to hide the exterior duct work

• The project is slated for substantial completion by early Summer 2024.
