ROADWAY PROGRESS

The Incorporated Village of Malverne continues to make progress on one of our most important assets throughout our Village - our roadways. Our third-party Engineers have been consistently evaluating and assessing the quality of our roads year-over-year to provide a ranking and priority to each of the roads that are in need of repair/repaving.

 

The Mayor and Board have also been working closely with our utility companies in a coordinated effort to upgrade aging utility infrastructure for natural gas and water mains throughout the Village while also incorporating the paving into their plans in an effort to offset total costs of repaving while reducing the risk of needing to dig up roads for patch utility work.
